COMPETITIONS ARE FUN!
Coastline Harmony just love to sing - so we enter competitions to have a chance to entertain others.
In 2026 we entered East Grinstead Music Festival in March and Bournemouth Performing Arts Competition in June.
At East Grinstead we were awarded an Honours Certificate, heard some wonderful singing from the other competitors and enjoyed ourselves on stage as usual.
At Bournemouth we were singing in the beautiful Christchurch Priory - with it's incredible acoustics - and were fortunate to share the stage with some stunningly talented choirs, including one from Wales!
We came 3rd in the Solo Voice class, and won the Roger Mills Cup in the Barbershop class, so were included in the final Class Winners Concert in the evening. Wow, what an amazing sound our fellow singers made - they blew us away with their talent and performance.skills. We hope to meet up with some of them again at future events.
